Team Leader Workshop

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Workshop Team Leader to drive the planning, execution, and management of maintenance activities in its Abu Dhabi workshop. The role ensures safety compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the preparation, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Lead the workshop team in executing maintenance tasks while upholding safety standards.
• Review and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee implementation of HSE policies and procedures within the workshop.
• Develop and execute maintenance planning strategies and schedules.
• Supervise inspection and testing of equipment to ensure quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor and manage spare‑parts inventory for availability and cost‑effectiveness.
• Prepare and review technical documentation related to workshop activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading workshop or maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety and HSE standards in an industrial setting.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Experience managing inventory and technical documentation.
