Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Support (MENAT)

About the role

Join AWS Enterprise Support as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) focused on the MENAT region. You will act as the principal technical advisor for customers ranging from start‑ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them maximise value from a broad portfolio of AWS services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that drive adoption of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront and Bedrock.
• Ensure customers’ AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers, understand their business and technical challenges, and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade‑offs and risk management with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services consultants and Sales Account Managers.
• Identify proactive opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Deliver detailed post‑incident reviews and technical recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong background in IT operations, systems administration (Linux/Windows) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with data analytics, networking and serverless architectures.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills and ability to communicate with C‑suite executives.
• Passion for technology innovation and a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts.
