Technical Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Microsoft‑focused technology consultancy in Dubai that delivers digital transformation and AI adoption projects for enterprise customers. As a Technical Account Manager you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from discovering use cases to driving successful Copilot adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops to executives, end‑users and departmental teams.
• Identify practical Copilot use cases for functions such as marketing, operations and support.
• Map current customer processes and design improved workflows powered by Copilot.
• Train and support users to ensure genuine, sustained usage of Copilot.
• Guide customers through change‑management activities as they adopt new ways of working.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot roll‑outs and agents, preferably delivering workshops or training.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
• 3–5 years of experience, ideally in consulting or business analysis.
• Technical or engineering degree is a plus; quick learner of new tools.
• Confident presenter to senior stakeholders and experienced workshop facilitator.
• Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine curiosity about AI’s impact on work.
