About the role

The Technical Advisor will lead and coach the Volvo Personal Service team in Dubai, focusing on elevating customer experience, workshop efficiency, and cost control. This role is central to driving continuous improvement, meeting high Net Promoter Score targets, and achieving productivity gains.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily team meetings, review agendas, and ensure work‑in‑progress stays under two days of workshop capacity.
Monitor and follow up on team KPIs, maintaining the Visual Planning board.
Pre‑check daily plans, predict support needs, and prevent lost hours.
Provide first‑line support to resolve production planning or daily work issues.
Coach PSTs on technical and administrative tasks to meet Volvo ITC targets.
Coordinate workshop improvement projects to increase productivity by 10% annually.
Enforce 5S principles and achieve zero open audit points.
Drive sales of value‑added services such as accessories, tinting, tires, and batteries.
Achieve customer retention targets by proposing relevant services.
