Technical Assistant (Robotics)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Assistant specialized in robotics to support demo preparation, delivery, and customer onboarding of autonomous mobile robots. The role combines hands‑on hardware work, SLAM mapping, and the creation of clear support documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, configure and perform pre‑checks on robots for demos and client deliveries.
• Conduct on‑site SLAM mapping, fine‑tune navigation parameters and provide remote or on‑site customer support.
• Maintain showroom robots through routine checks, cleaning, charging and minor repairs.
• Assist in safe packing, loading and transport of robots, supervising handling procedures.
• Write setup guides, operation manuals, FAQs and produce how‑to videos for the support team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and SLAM mapping tools.
• Comfortable with frequent on‑site visits and customer‑facing support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
