About the role
WSP is seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Director – Roads & Highways to lead and grow its Transport & Infrastructure design practice in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing major design programmes, providing strategic direction and mentoring multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Transport & Infrastructure design practice in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversee major Roads & Highways design programmes.
- Provide strategic technical direction across projects.
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of technical quality, safety and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Extensive Roads & Highways design expertise.
- Deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards, authorities and project requirements.
- Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects in the emirate.
- Strong senior technical leadership and mentorship abilities.
