Technical Engineer – Electronic Security

About the role

Infinity Electronics MENA is seeking a Technical Engineer to join its Dubai office and support the MENA region. The role focuses on electronic security solutions, including CCTV, access control, intercom, VMS and server technologies. You will work closely with customers to design systems, prepare quotations and deliver technical demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design security systems and create Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for customer proposals.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support, including on‑site visits.
• Conduct product demos, proof‑of‑concepts and technical training sessions.
• Maintain demo equipment, experience centre, LAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Manage product certifications and approvals such as SIRA and MCC.
• Collaborate with regional teams and travel across the MENA region as required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with electronic security products (CCTV, access control, intercom, VMS, servers).
• Currently working in the UAE security market.
• Ability to design systems, prepare BOQs and deliver customer demos.
• Strong technical support skills for both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases.
• Fluency in at least one Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Malayalam) is preferred.
