About the role
We are seeking experienced Technical Managers to lead large‑scale building projects for main contractors across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role involves overseeing technical delivery of villa and mid‑high‑rise developments with budgets exceeding AED 650 million.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical aspects of large‑scale construction projects, ensuring design compliance and quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- 15–20 years of experience, primarily with main contractors.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale villa or mid‑high‑rise projects in the UAE.
- Experience on projects with a total value of over AED 650 million.
- Full‑time availability for morning shift; no gender preference.
