Technical Office Engineer – Civil

About the role

Archirodon is seeking three Technical Office Engineers (Civil) to join its EPC team in Abu Dhabi. You will support civil design, documentation and coordination for large‑scale oil & gas projects while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit shop drawings, as‑built drawings and technical submittals.
• Perform quantity take‑off (QTO) and assist in cost estimation and variation orders.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all civil works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications and IFC drawings.
• Prepare method statements, material submittals and other technical documentation.
• Support the procurement team with technical evaluation of materials and subcontractor submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 + years experience on EPC oil & gas projects in the UAE, with strong ADNOC project exposure.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.
