Technical Office Engineer – Structural

About the role

The Technical Office Engineer – Structural will support the delivery of complex EPC projects by ensuring that all structural works are executed in line with project specifications, ADNOC standards and international codes. You will act as the bridge between design, construction and procurement teams, providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications and design calculations.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, material submittals, RFIs and technical queries.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, procurement, planning and survey teams to resolve structural issues.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications and applicable codes.
• Monitor engineering revisions and maintain up‑to‑date documentation for construction.
• Provide technical support during steel fabrication, concrete works, foundations, grouting and installation.
• Review material take‑offs, bills of quantities and support procurement activities.
• Participate in constructability reviews and attend technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
