Technical Operations & Delivery Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech building a crypto wallet, card and payment ecosystem. We need a Technical Operations & Delivery Manager to act as the operational bridge between development, support, vendors and management, ensuring platform stability and delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee AWS infrastructure, cloud resources, deployments and system health.
• Work closely with DevOps and development teams to ensure platform security, scalability and uptime.
• Review infrastructure changes and enforce best practices.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, GitHub/GitLab repositories and release management workflows.
• Coordinate technical teams to investigate and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
• Escalate infrastructure, security or operational risks to management promptly.
• Track and manage technical projects, feature implementations, API integrations, bug fixes and production releases.
• Ensure developers meet agreed timelines and quality standards, challenge unrealistic estimates and remove blockers.
• Oversee L2/L3 support, monitor response and resolution times, SLA compliance and backlog management.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer support interactions, ticket handling quality and escalation processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports covering development progress, infrastructure health, open risks and vendor performance.

• Experience working with development, support and vendor teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude to identify risks, challenge estimates and remove blockers.
