Technical Procurement Officer

About the role

The Technical Procurement Officer will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for Rofo Trading, ensuring timely availability of materials needed for operations. The role focuses on technical sectors such as automotive, spare parts, electronics, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to guarantee on‑time procurement.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain up‑to‑date supplier records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams to fulfil procurement requirements.
• Monitor material availability and prevent operational delays.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably in an automotive or technical industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
