Technical Product Manager – HealthTech SaaS & Shopify

About the role

Medetone is seeking a meticulous, proactive Technical Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of its HealthTech SaaS platform and Shopify integrations. Based in Dubai, you will own the product from concept through launch, ensuring it meets the needs of patients, pharmacists and other healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and backlog for a health‑focused SaaS platform.
• Lead integration strategy with Shopify and other core SaaS architectures.
• Write detailed user stories, prioritize features and drive sprint planning using Jira.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX and service‑design teams to create an intuitive, accessible user experience.
• Evaluate software architecture, APIs and guide development choices, leveraging knowledge of PHP Laravel.
• Oversee testing, shipping, post‑launch monitoring and iterative improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on product management experience in software/SaaS environments.
• Direct experience in a HealthTech, medical or health‑related company.
• Proven track record of building and launching a software platform from scratch.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Jira.
• Hands‑on experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design and Service Design principles.
• Technical familiarity with PHP Laravel and API design.
• Agile project management methodology.
