Technical Product Owner – Airport Operations (Emiratisation)

About the role

Emirates Group IT is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Airport Operations product portfolio. The role sits within the Technical Product Management team and is responsible for shaping, delivering and continuously improving technology solutions that support the airline’s airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog, defining story content, acceptance criteria and ensuring timely sign‑off.
• Capture, prioritize and manage technical debt, non‑functional requirements, BAU, ceremonies and spikes across sprints.
• Prepare and present contributions to PI demos and participate in PI planning and other product management meetings.
• Maintain feature quality and integrity, identifying risks and dependencies and feeding them back to the product portfolio backlog.
• Define and track metrics that measure the success and performance of delivered work.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to act as the voice of the customer and align product outcomes with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Technical Product Owner or similar role within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle from concept through to operations.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams and business partners.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
