Technical Product Owner – Emiratisation

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational success of enterprise technology products that enable workflow automation, digital processes, analytics, and business productivity across the airline. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define story content, acceptance criteria and sign‑off for team backlogs, preparing user stories for upcoming Program Increments (PIs).
• Capture and prioritise technical debt, non‑functional requirements, BAU, ceremony and spike activities within sprint capacity.
• Prepare contributions to PI demos and maintain feature quality, risk identification and dependency tracking.
• Participate in PI Planning and other Product Management meetings, contributing to portfolio backlog alignment.
• Define and monitor metrics that measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology products in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of low‑code platforms, workflow automation and API integration.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
