Technical Product Owner - Finance

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the Finance product portfolio within its IT division. You will work in a fast‑paced, aviation‑focused environment, shaping finance solutions that support both B2B and B2C services across the airline and airport ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance product backlog, from discovery through delivery and ongoing support.
• Define story content, acceptance criteria and ensure timely sign‑off for each sprint.
• Capture and prioritize technical debt, non‑functional requirements, BAU, ceremony and spike activities.
• Prepare and present contributions for PI demos alongside other Product Owners.
• Maintain feature quality and integrity, flagging risks and dependencies to the product portfolio backlog.
• Collaborate with finance business stakeholders to validate and refine solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance processes and experience with ERP or custom‑built finance solutions.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage business users and technical teams.
