Technical Sales Lead for Cyber Security

About the role

ABB is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive the growth of its OT Cybersecurity portfolio across the IMEA region. Reporting to the Hub Digital Lead, you will act as the primary technical authority, shaping solution design, qualification and execution for industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development, positioning and qualification of ABB’s OT Cybersecurity solutions.
• Support the cybersecurity business portfolio with a multi‑million USD annual target, driving pipeline development and opportunity conversion.
• Orchestrate the full customer lifecycle from opportunity identification to post‑go‑live support.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by proposing new features and variants.
• Collaborate closely with sales, local divisions, OPCs and global product teams.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, OT security or related digital solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA and OT environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IEC 62443 standards and the broader cyber‑security market.
