Technical Solutions Specialist

About the role

This position combines advanced technical expertise with strong customer engagement to deliver tailored support, training, and mentoring to users of Seequent’s geoscience solutions for the mining sector. You will nurture client relationships from trial stages through advanced usage, ensuring seamless support and high customer satisfaction while collaborating with global technical leads and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Share expert‑level product knowledge, workflows, and integrated solutions with new and existing mining users.
• Maintain comprehensive competence across the Seequent portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales teams (Account Managers, Inside Sales) to conduct product demonstrations, set up trials, and create implementation plans.
• Work closely with regional and global technical teams to support growth across markets and industries.
• Use Seequent’s information platforms to gain insights into client portfolios and user structures.
• Provide remote technical support, develop tailored solutions for complex challenges, and conduct proactive health checks.
• Promote new software releases, embed best practices, and ensure accurate CRM record‑keeping of client interactions.
• Deliver regular training sessions and workshops for end‑users.

Required profile
