Technical Support for Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to assist the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles. The role works closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure daily testing schedules are delivered smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with R&D and QA teams on autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback and support validation of vehicle version iterations.
• Set up and configure various vehicle testing scenarios, routes and stop requirements.
• Coordinate and execute vehicle software and version updates in a timely manner.
• Identify and communicate technical or operational issues that affect testing.
• Support continuous improvement of testing and operational processes.

Required profile

• Technical background in automotive, engineering, IT, autonomous vehicles or related fields.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication between technical and operational teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced technology and automotive environment.
