Technical Support & Programming Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support & Programming Engineer will join Telepixel General Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi to deliver end‑to‑end automation, AV, CCTV and ICT solutions. You will work closely with project and installation teams, ensuring systems are programmed, commissioned and supported to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Program, configure, commission and troubleshoot automation and lighting control systems (Crestron, Lutron, Philips Dynalite).
• Configure, program and commission DSPs, audio processors, amplifiers and other AV equipment.
• Set up and commission NVRs, CCTV cameras, access‑control and security ELV equipment.
• Provide network configuration, IP addressing, VLAN coordination and connectivity for integrated systems.
• Develop, modify, test, document and maintain software required for delivered solutions.
• Carry out system testing, performance verification, snag rectification and final hand‑over.
• Coordinate installation activities, verify cabling, terminations and network readiness before programming.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, communication and integration issues on‑site and remotely.
• Support integration between automation, lighting, AV, BMS, HVAC, security and third‑party systems.
• Prepare operation manuals, programming documentation, testing reports and hand‑over records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programming, commissioning and support of automation, AV, CCTV and ICT systems.
• Strong understanding of ELV equipment, network infrastructure and system integration.
• Ability to work on‑site during installation, testing and warranty periods.
• Attention to detail in documentation and hand‑over procedures.
