Technical Support Specialist – Level 1/2

About the role

EuroTech is seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Technical Support Specialist to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 assistance across user devices, networking, Microsoft platforms, servers, storage, and backup systems. The role involves remote and telephone support for a diverse client base in the UAE and KSA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and resolve tickets within SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and general network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP problems.
• Support Windows Server, switches, firewalls, storage, and backup solutions.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 services and common access issues.
• Resolve Windows and macOS desktop operating system and application problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third‑party vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and technical documentation.
• Participate in user onboarding, device configuration, and general IT administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCP, MCSA, Azure or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Professional, well‑spoken, and customer‑oriented demeanor.
