Technology Experience Supervisor (6‑month contract)

About the role

As a Technology Experience Supervisor you will oversee the daily operation, maintenance and administration of the hotel’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliable service for both associates and guests during a six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operation, maintenance and administration of the hotel’s IT systems, applications and technology infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing system enhancements, software updates and technology projects that improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities and work with external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support to associates and guests, including internet connectivity and system access management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hotel technology systems and applications within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience supporting property management, point‑of‑sale and financial systems such as Opera, Micros and Sun Systems.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative approach.
