Technology Recruiter – French-speaking Markets

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to source and place IT professionals across French‑speaking and wider European markets. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage IT and technology professionals across international markets.
• Recruit for French‑speaking markets as well as broader European regions.
• Build and maintain long‑term candidate relationships.
• Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping and market research.
• Manage candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Partner with consultants to translate client requirements into suitable candidate profiles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT/Technology Recruiter with a strong track record.
• Fluent French with ability to communicate confidently with French‑speaking candidates.
• Previous recruitment experience in France or other French‑speaking markets is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, international environment.
