Technology Strategy Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking an Emirati national to join its Technology Strategy team in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with senior business leaders to design and deliver technology‑enabled transformations that create sustainable value for clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Apply a rigorous, structured approach to diagnose complex technology business problems and generate strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value‑creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology based on assessments, performance gaps and client visions.
• Lead small engagements or work streams end‑to‑end, overseeing client satisfaction, delivery quality, team management and financial performance.
• Support business development by nurturing pull‑through opportunities and collaborating with Accenture and client teams until sale closure.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align business and technology priorities.
• Contribute to technology strategy operations, community of practice activities and thought‑leadership assets.

Required profile

• Emirati national, as required by local regulations.
• Strong data‑driven consulting experience with a focus on business and technology value realization.
• Proven ability to work independently, determine methods and procedures, and manage team efforts.
• Experience in technology advisory, including IT & digital strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, and cloud.
