Tele Caller / Sales Representative

About the role

Caartl, a fast‑growing vehicle trading and auction platform in Dubai, is seeking an energetic Tele Caller to act as the first point of contact for prospective car sellers. You will manage inbound leads, explain the company’s value proposition, and convert interest into scheduled vehicle inspections, feeding the auction pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with incoming leads from car owners looking to sell.
• Explain Caartl’s process, pricing, and value proposition.
• Qualify leads and arrange vehicle inspections with the inspection team.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM/tracker.
• Consistently follow up on pending or uncommitted leads to maximise conversion.
• Coordinate handover of qualified leads to inspection and buying teams.
• Track daily call volume, conversion rates, and inspection bookings; report to management.
• Handle basic objections and rescheduling requests professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales or lead conversion (automotive experience a plus).
• Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
• Target‑driven with ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Patient, organised and consistent with follow‑ups.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Hindi preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or lead‑management tools.
