Tele Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Agent to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our Property Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget and investment objectives.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Property Consultants.
• Follow up leads via phone and WhatsApp, reactivate old or inactive leads.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly calling and appointment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in tele‑sales or real‑estate sales.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Fluent Arabic speaker and good command of English.
• Previous experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Target‑oriented with a focus on generating qualified leads.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management.
