About the role

As a Telesales Agent you will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting the company’s financial advisory, corporate, and digital solutions. You will identify client needs and provide tailored information on mortgage consultancy, financing brokerage, and corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about service offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer engagement role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads and follow‑ups.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.
• Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales or engagement targets.
