Tele‑Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

KUN Real Estate is seeking a motivated Tele‑Sales Agent to join its Dubai sales team. You will engage prospective buyers by phone, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for senior brokers, playing a key part in the company’s high‑performance sales engine.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to fresh and aged leads.
• Qualify buyers based on budget, timeline and investment goals.
• Book at least 15 meetings per month for senior brokers.
• Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently on all leads and attend team briefings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in real‑estate tele‑sales or phone sales.
• Strong, clear phone presence and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English plus Hindi, Urdu or Arabic (any combination).
• Currently based in the UAE or able to relocate immediately.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and loyal work history.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Bitrix24 or similar.
