Telesales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

Prime Luxury Properties is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join its boutique real‑estate team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and investors, qualifying their needs and creating qualified opportunities for the sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and property leads.
• Identify and qualify potential buyers and investors based on requirements, budget and preferred locations.
• Introduce suitable properties from an exclusive AED 500 million portfolio.
• Schedule meetings and property viewings with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Conduct consistent follow‑ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real‑estate market, new developments and inventory.
• Achieve individual and team sales KPIs and targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Previous telesales, telemarketing, inside‑sales or lead‑generation experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and motivated by performance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Multilingual candidates highly preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
