Telesales Consultant

About the role

The Telesales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, promoting GOAT Realty’s portfolio of luxury properties. You will engage both inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales pipeline to secure viewings and ultimately close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Introduce luxury property listings and qualify leads based on budget and requirements.
• Present property features, answer client inquiries, and schedule viewings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update lead status regularly.
• Collaborate with the real‑estate sales team to close transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current listings, market trends, and company promotions.

Required profile

• Strong sales and consulting abilities for lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build rapport and manage expectations.
• Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply sales best practices.
• Previous experience in telesales, call‑center operations, or real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet targets, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional UAE‑common languages are an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
