Telesales Consultant – Precious Metals Investment

About the role

Our client is a well‑established international investment company that specialises in physical precious metals and wealth‑preservation solutions. With a presence in multiple global financial hubs, they are expanding their Dubai sales team to meet growing demand across the GCC. The Telesales Consultant will focus on acquiring new investors through high‑volume outbound calls and converting qualified leads into first‑time clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify prospective investors based on objectives, liquidity and suitability.
• Present physical gold and silver investment opportunities as portfolio diversification solutions.
• Handle objections related to pricing, storage, risk and market conditions.
• Convert qualified prospects into first‑time investors and hand over clients to Portfolio Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, pipeline stages and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of outbound telesales experience.
• Experience selling financial services, investments, insurance or other high‑value consultative products.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Strong objection‑handling and consultative selling abilities.
• Proven track record against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
