Telesales Executive

About the role

KG Technologies is seeking a full‑time Telesales Executive to join its Dubai office. You will be the voice of the company, promoting a range of IT and technology solutions to both inbound and outbound prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to present IT hardware and software solutions.
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects, manage objections and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while collaborating with the wider sales team.
• Provide professional customer support and share market feedback to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone etiquette and fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven lead generation and inside‑sales experience, preferably in IT or technology.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under target‑driven conditions.
• Professional, reliable and comfortable working in a diverse team environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is an advantage.
