Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Oaklyn Real Estate LLC is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks a motivated Telesales Executive with a focus on real‑estate opportunities. You will engage prospective buyers and investors over the phone, promoting off‑plan and secondary‑market properties while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and pitch property opportunities.
• Qualify prospects, schedule viewings, and hand over appointments to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their investment needs.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably within real estate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one of Hindi or Arabic.
• Confident, resilient, and comfortable handling objections.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead‑management processes.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for sales.
