Telesales Officer – Outsource Role

About the role
The Telesales Officer will support the Telesales Unit in Jafza, Dubai, contributing to tele‑calling activities and driving sales of ENR/Takaful products.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tele‑calling activities as assigned to the team.
- Enhance ENR/Takaful sales, card activation rates, and control customer attrition.
- Ensure the minimum required number of calls are made.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Adhere to guidelines and maintain call quality while interacting with clients.
- Support an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
- Deliver services at the appropriate level of quality.
Required profile
- Previous banking experience in a similar telesales role.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain call quality.
