Telesales Representative – Healthcare & Nutrition

About the role

We are seeking a confident and target‑driven Telesales Representative to join Nurition, a practitioner‑led health platform that connects doctors, clinics and health professionals with evidence‑based supplements. In this role you will generate new business through outbound calls, follow‑up on leads and support practitioners as they join our network.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals and potential partners to introduce Nurition’s platform and product range.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing, referrals, events and sales activities, qualify them and identify business opportunities.
• Onboard new practitioners by guiding account setup, platform usage and product understanding, coordinating with sales and operations teams.
• Promote supplement brands, protocols and solutions to healthcare professionals and convert warm leads into active customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track daily call activity, conversions and pipeline progress, and share feedback with internal teams.
• Support field sales representatives by booking meetings and providing qualified leads.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or inside sales.
• Preferably experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness, supplements or medical sales support.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Organised, consistent and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
