Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telesales Representative to join our Dubai team. You will engage with potential and existing customers, promote our travel services, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers using scripted calls to inform them about our products and services.
• Answer questions about the company and its offerings.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
• Redirect qualified prospects to the field sales team when appropriate.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle grievances to protect the company’s reputation.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and support future sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales activities, and useful client information.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: BA/BSc.
• 1‑2 years of telesales experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
