Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will join Harmony Medical Group in Abu Dhabi, promoting the company’s healthcare services through outbound calls. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships and supporting the growth of the medical and dental service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to market healthcare services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide accurate information about medical and dental services and answer client inquiries professionally.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or field sales; dental or medical sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and sales data.
• Experience in lead generation and sales techniques.
