Telesales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our Dubai office. The role involves making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to promote our real‑estate portfolio, qualify prospects and arrange property viewings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote real‑estate offerings.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Schedule property viewings or consultations and maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential buyers, handle basic customer inquiries and coordinate with sales and consultancy teams.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in clear spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer service and sales abilities, including lead qualification, upselling and negotiation support.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new product, market and process knowledge.
• Previous telesales or call‑center experience, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, call logs).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage high call volumes.
• Eligibility to work on‑site in Dubai and flexibility to work standard business hours with occasional weekends.
