About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. You will contact potential clients, generate qualified leads and support the sales consultants in promoting our property projects.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and investors to present company projects, offers and services.
- Generate, qualify and record leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings or property viewings.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and handle customer inquiries.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service (real‑estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and confidence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
