Telesales Specialist – Dental Services

About the role

Mira Clinic, a leading dental services provider in Dubai, is expanding its sales team. We are looking for a confident Telesales Specialist to act as the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them from inquiry to appointment booking.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients via phone and digital channels.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about dental treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and services.
• Responsible, reliable, and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
