About the role
Mada Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Specialist to join its fast‑growing real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and investors.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and relationship building.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about projects and properties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real‑estate sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
- Target‑oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
