About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales/Customer Service Agent to join Bay Avenue Tours in Dubai. The role involves contacting existing and prospective clients by phone, presenting our travel services, and building lasting relationships to drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about the services offered.
- Answer client inquiries regarding services and the company.
- Schedule meetings and set appointments.
- Ask probing questions to understand client requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead qualification.
- Manage outbound calls to an existing customer base and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to work towards sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
