Teller – Dubai/Sharjah (Pipeline)

About the role

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a Teller to provide efficient teller services, accurately process customer transactions, ensure compliance with bank policies, and deliver excellent customer service in its Dubai/Sharjah branches.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions and loan payments accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries and handle complaints professionally.
• Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
• Reconcile cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, AML and KYC requirements.
• Discuss customers' financial circumstances and offer appropriate product guidance.
• Meet financial targets across all products.

Required profile

• High School or Secondary School education.
• 1‑2 years of banking, customer service or cash‑handling experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• UAE nationals preferred.
