Temporary Recruiter – Warehouse & Driver Staffing

About the role

The Temp Recruiter will lead the sourcing, screening and deployment of warehouse staff and drivers for our client operations across the United Arab Emirates. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition from selection to on‑site deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Source warehouse personnel (pickers, packers, loaders, forklift operators, storekeepers) and drivers (light, heavy, motorbike) through agencies, job boards, referrals and community networks.
• Plan and execute walk‑in drives and recruitment camps in key sourcing states.
• Screen candidates for role fit, physical requirements and documentation; coordinate trade tests, driving assessments and client interviews.
• Verify licences, experience claims and identity documents; manage offer, visa and deployment paperwork with HR and mobility teams.
• Handle emigration requirements, including eMigrate processing where applicable, and track candidates from selection to arrival to minimise drop‑offs.
• Maintain a zero‑fee ethical recruitment process, keep a live pipeline tracker and report weekly on fill rate, time to deploy and cost per hire.
