Tenant Relations Executive – Arabian Center

About the role

The Tenant Relations Executive will foster positive relationships with retailers at the Arabian Center mall and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This position supports work‑permit processes, tenant communications, inspections, and administrative tasks to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Approve and dispatch work permits for maintenance, displays, and merchandising within shops.
• Follow up with tenants and the Operations team to close open permits and issue NOCs on request.
• Communicate mall events, policies, and compliance requirements to tenants.
• Support outstanding tenant payments and coordinate pre‑opening meetings for new retailers and exit procedures for departing tenants.
• Engage tenants in marketing programs and mall events.
• Conduct regular inspections with tenants and back‑of‑house checks with security and operations to ensure safety and best practices.
• Prepare reports and coordinate administrative support for the mall’s asset management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tenant relations, facilities, or retail asset management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external retailers.
