Tendering Engineer – Critical Power Systems

About the role

The Tendering Engineer will support the Sales team in developing and delivering technical and commercial proposals for Critical Power Systems across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, you will ensure proposals meet customer requirements while adhering to company standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, tender documents and customer requirements to define suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals that are technically sound, competitively priced and aligned with project specifications.
• Conduct offer evaluations, pricing analysis and risk assessments.
• Incorporate Aurora Talent’s value proposition and technical capabilities into each bid.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to guarantee accurate and timely tender submissions.
• Lead technical clarification meetings and address customer queries.
• Present solutions effectively, highlighting how Critical Power Systems address client challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tendering, sales engineering, project engineering or project execution.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and systems.
• Experience with Critical Power Systems and battery sizing calculations is an advantage.
