About the role

The Tendering Specialist will support Hunza Trading LLC in managing the full tender lifecycle for water ionisation and treatment solutions, ensuring proposals meet client specifications and are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate end‑to‑end tender processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
Maintain documentation control and guarantee compliance with tender procedures and client requirements.
Analyse technical specifications, perform cost and pricing analysis, and compare competing bids.

Required profile

Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in tendering, contracts or sales support within technical or trading environments.
Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (MS Office).
Experience with tender management systems and documentation control.
Cost and pricing analysis and vendor coordination.
Proposal writing aligned with tender criteria.
