Test Analyst / QA Engineer – Treasury & Wealth

About the role

VAM Systems is seeking an experienced Test Analyst / QA Engineer to join its UAE operations. The role focuses on testing applications within Treasury, Wealth Management, and Cards domains for a leading financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing.
• Review business requirements and design test scenarios.
• Manage defects and use test management tools to track progress.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and support UAT activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software testing / QA experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and demonstrate ownership.

Required skills

• ISTQB certification (preferred).
• Functional testing, SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Defect management and test management tools.
• API testing and database validation.
• Understanding of application architecture, system interfaces and data flows.
