Test Development Engineer Intern

About the role

Join Bybit’s fast‑moving R&D team in Dubai as a Test Development Engineer Intern. You will support the full testing lifecycle for cutting‑edge cryptocurrency and Web3 products, gaining hands‑on experience in functional, regression, and API testing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing to validate product quality.
• Build and maintain testing environments and manage test data.
• Submit, track, and help reproduce bugs, collaborating closely with developers.
• Learn and follow Bybit’s R&D testing workflows and internal testing protocols.

Required profile

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Solid understanding of software testing theory and design methodologies.
• Strong interest in finance, Web3, or blockchain technologies.
