Therapeutics & Aesthetics Associate – Early Career Program

About the role

This two‑year, fixed‑term program is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in the pharmaceutical and aesthetics business. Participants begin with a two‑month shadowing and capstone project, then rotate across key commercial or support functions within AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured shadowing period and deliver a business capstone project.
• Rotate through two core areas such as Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access, or Human Resources and Finance & Supply, depending on the chosen track.
• Participate in networking events, team‑based activities, and senior‑leader briefings.
• Contribute to meaningful project assignments that impact the business.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in healthcare or life sciences.
